For freight brokers and 3PLs
Check calls, track and trace, PODs. Off your desk.
Haulvoy confirms pickup, runs check calls, confirms delivery and collects the POD, and writes every update into your TMS. Lain, our AI assistant, does the routine follow-up. A person on our desk takes anything that doesn't add up.

Every load on one page, with every message and decision.
A carrier texted back. Lain read it, checked the ETA against the appointment and set the next check call. The TMS update waits for review, because this brokerage is in shadow mode.
- The carrier's text
- Lain's reading of it
- Shadow mode: the TMS update is held for review
Our desk's screen, in a demo with simulated data. You stay in your TMS.
How it works
We follow the load from the shipper to the POD.
You keep booking, covering and billing. We run the follow-up in between, and every update goes into your TMS.

Who gets the late truck
| Milestone | What Lain does | What goes to our desk |
|---|---|---|
| At shipper, loaded | Confirms the driver, then that the truck loaded and left | A carrier who stays quiet, or a report that doesn't match your TMS |
| In transit | Check calls on a schedule, or reads your tracking platform if you have one; watches the ETA against the appointment | A truck running late, or a reply that doesn't make sense |
| At receiver, delivered | Confirms arrival and delivery | A late delivery: you decide whether the customer is told |
| POD | Collects it, checks it matches the load and attaches it in your TMS | A missing or mismatched document |
You hear from us only when something needs your decision.
Already pay for outsourced track and trace?
Here is what changes with us.
In your TMS
Every status, note and POD is written into the TMS your team already reads, with who did what.
Exceptions to a desk
Anything that doesn't add up goes to our desk first. Only the decisions that are yours come to you.
Per load, no minimum
You pay for the loads we manage, with no volume floor. Truckload and drayage, including last free day and per diem watches.
The pilot
Start in shadow. Go live when the numbers say so.
-
1
Shadow, about two weeks
Lain works your loads and talks to your carriers, but writes nothing to your TMS and emails none of your customers. You review every update it would have made.
-
2
Live on a slice
Writes go live for the loads you choose: one customer, a few carriers or one lane.
-
3
Live
Every load in the agreed scope. Each stage moves on only with your yes in writing.
What we'd need from you
- Your TMS, a plan that lets an outside tool write a load's status, and a test account to build against.
- One or two customers to start, and their SOPs. Each becomes a written playbook you approve line by line.
- A contact on your side, and 30 minutes a week to review the results together.
- Your starting point: the hours your team spends on these steps today, so the case study has a before and after.
Pricing
Per load. No minimum.
The amount is set from your before-and-after numbers and agreed in writing before your first load. No seats to buy.
Pilot it on your loadsYou stay in control
Stop it, scope it, take any load back.
- One click stops everything for your brokerage: messages, TMS writes and follow-ups.
- You set the scope: which customers, carriers and load types we take on.
- Any load, any time: your team or our desk can take a load over, and Lain goes quiet on it.
- No surprise recipients: messages go only to contacts from your TMS and your approved playbook.
Your data
Yours, kept apart, on the record.
- Kept apart from every other customer's data at the database level.
- Everything logged: each message, TMS write and staff action, and who did it.
- Your rates stay private: customer and carrier rates are never shown in our tools.
- Exported and deleted on request, with our commitments written into the pilot agreement.
Is anyone using this yet?
Not yet. Haulvoy is built and tested on simulated loads. You would be the first brokerage to run it on live loads, starting in shadow mode, where nothing is written to your TMS until you say so.
Will my carriers know they're dealing with software?
Yes. Messages go out in your brokerage's name, as your operations desk, and every one ends with a line saying it was sent by your automated operations desk. Lain never claims to be a person or signs as one of your employees.
Which TMS do you work with?
We build one connector per brokerage's TMS, and none is connected yet. From vendors' public information, McLeod, Revenova, Turvo and Rose Rocket appear to offer the API access we need, though some charge for it. For Aljex and Tai, we would ask the vendor together. Your plan has to let an outside tool write a load's status.
What happens when Lain gets something wrong?
In shadow mode you see every update before any is written. After that, anything unclear goes to our desk instead of being guessed, a wrong status can be corrected with a reason on the record, and one click stops everything.
Does my team have to learn a new tool?
No. Your TMS stays where your people look; updates, notes and documents land there. Our desk works in its own screen, so you don't have to.
Do you text and call drivers?
Lain works by email and text, and reads your tracking platform if you have one. The pilot starts on email. There are no phone calls to drivers during the pilot.
What happens to our data if we stop?
We export it to you and delete ours. Our data commitments go into the pilot agreement.
